Everything the week needs, in one login.
The systems we build with you live here, so your team uses them every week instead of filing them away.
Meeting mode
Run the weekly leadership meeting from an agenda with a timer on every section, so it starts and ends on time.
Scorecard and priorities
Weekly numbers against goal, plus quarterly priorities with an owner and a due date.
Issues to tasks
Log issues as they come up. Solve them in the meeting and turn each one into a task with an owner.
Accountability chart and vision
Who owns what, laid out as a chart, next to the vision the whole team is working toward.
Docs with comments
Your SOPs and plans in one place, linked to Google Docs, with simple comments your team can leave and resolve.
Your brand on it
Each client space carries your logo and colors, so it feels like your system because it is.
The work only sticks if it has a home.
A scorecard in a spreadsheet and an org chart in a slide deck last about a month. BOS gives the systems we build a home your team opens every week. That's what makes them stick after we step back.
So it's part of how we work with every client, not an add on. There's no separate software subscription and no per user fee.
What owners ask us.
What does BOS cost?
Nothing. Every Ballast client gets it at no cost, with no software subscription and no per user fee.
What's inside BOS?

The work only sticks if it has a home your team opens every week.
