Who runs the engagement?

Doug Mitchell, personally. The Integrator seat is never handed to a team member.

How is an Integrator different from a Systems Director?

An Integrator builds everything a Systems Director builds, then runs it: facilitating your weekly meeting, owning the scorecard and issues, and coaching your managers.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes. It's a monthly retainer with a 90 day minimum.

What happens after 90 days?

You choose. Hand the seat to someone in the role, or keep Doug month to month.

Is there a founding offer?

Fractional engagements are 15% off through December 31, 2026, and you keep that rate for as long as you hold the seat.
