What owners ask us.

How is a Systems Director different from an AI Operator?

A Systems Director is U.S. based and leads the conversation with their own expertise. They cover everything an AI Operator does and set the direction for how your systems get built. An AI Operator is full time and follows your lead.

How is a Systems Director different from an Integrator?

A Systems Director builds the structure: roles, accountability, SOPs and reporting, with minimal time in your meetings. An Integrator builds it and runs it, facilitating your weekly meeting and coaching your managers.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes. It's a monthly retainer with a 90 day minimum.

What happens after 90 days?

You choose. Hand the systems to someone in the role, or keep the seat month to month.

Do I keep what you build?

Yes. The accountability chart, roles, SOPs and reporting are yours, and they live in BOS.

Is there a founding offer?

Fractional engagements are 15% off through December 31, 2026, and you keep that rate for as long as you hold the seat.
